It's a bit like when you're trying to think of the name of a film or author and the harder you try the further away it seems to get, but as soon as you do something else and stop thinking about it, the name suddenly pops into your head. I wonder if we can apply the same method to weightloss - ignore the last couple of kilos and they'll just disappear without even trying! :) ..... (meanwhile, back in the real world) ...
