Yesterday I got some shocking news that had me in such an emotional state that I dealt with it with a double dip hot fudge sundae. I let my emotions get the better of me, it's a constant problem. No surprise my weight was up. Oh well, carry on & get back on track, am I right? Today hubby's not feeling too well, so plans to go swimming got cancelled. Oh well, just need to find another form of active recovery exercise. I will carry on, wayward son!
