I know its dumb BUT this was one of the suggestions.. TIME FOR ME TO GET A LIFE and stop whining about work.. oh poor me , my job sucks this week... BOO, Im done wasting my energies. I have a life outside of work, and I need to focus on that and cut the oh poor me crap. Time to roll over a new leaf,I will comb my hair every day !! hehe *since i work from home I sometimes don't when im feeling down... the old Red is back.. beware! BAHAHAHA .. GO ME !!

My extra curricular hobby is my diet and exercise! I read, I learn, I get out and about, go to the gym, etc. That is something I can control!

Balance defiantely. I'm so glad I have a job now I can leave at work. It's not the focus of my life, there have been times where my job took over everything, previous positions.

Time to put me first.. a job is just a job, I need to re find my balance and inner chi and focus on that.And walking/working out every day helps me burn stress. I need to do that too..And I need to remember who I am, and not get wrapped up in office BS, and be the best version of me I can be.. Time to kill em with kindness..

Yup, balance, but getting there isn't always easy. I used to live to work for many years, finally I burned out and changed jobs. Now I love my work but get a regular 40 hour week with time for doing things I enjoy. Office politics/personalities can also drag you down...sounds like you've got it figured out though and a good plan to deal with it, so go with it!
