made my Mr. chili cheese dogs with flaming hot Frito on top bc that was his fathers day meal request SO , made my two franks with 1/4 cup chili no beans and some cheddar on top. Not the best of choices as I am trying to stay clean of processed foods BUT it was no bun or any of the other junk i could have added so Im ok with it. The cheating last week is causing those lovely Atkins headaches we call know and love and the craving are there BUT , Im welled stocked up on foods and pretty much out of junk food. Bought my Mr a small piece of cheesecake so once it gone, im safe. LOL. I know bars aren't the best but I did get a few boxes. Id rather have bar than a blizzard so there. It rained this morning and ever since my car was 5 feet under water last month with me and my kid in it, Im scared to drive in the rain, so I missed my chance to go to the gym bc my Mr takes the car to work at 4 today and we only have the one. BUT, its OK bc the rain has let up and me and Mike are gonna hit the park across the street for some laps. Happy Fathers day to all the Dads, Grandpa's Stepfathers and Single Mothers out there !!
