Well my birthday is in 3 days (not counting today) and I'm not at all excited that my weight is still so high. My birthday celebration will actually be tomorrow and its not a very conventional birthday either. My family, a friend and I are all going up to Banff for a hike and then lunch at the Grizzly House. Hopefully the day goes well.
