(May 6) Journal entries are all messed up because I'm a day late on them due to being on vacation. Ate 1975 calories yesterday, which was a MASSIVE drop from previous days. Had a nice breakfast and then ate an ice cream cone for lunch as my son Jason and I had a farewell celebration. After that, he flew back to San Diego and I flew back to DC. I didn't eat again until after midnight when my sisters and I did wine, cheese, and nuts while chatting for a few hours. That will go on Wednesday's calendar. Back home with my own Tanita scale so we'll weigh in tomorrow morning. I expect to top 220... but started to lose water on Tuesday already (always happens on a travel day!) Traveling to Ohio tomorrow night for Emily's college graduation, so will not really get locked into my standard routine until Monday.
