Awe swimming would have been great exercise! Sometimes we all need a little push, but once we get there, we really enjoy exercising . Maybe you just need someone to join you? It’s always more fun that way.. 😊♥️

I did a tabata/ circuit class with my trainer. Brutal! I also cleaned a bit..not as fun but gotta get done!💪💜
