Steady weight today. I took my rest day yesterday as I had a mini-meltdown and went over my calorie budget. I was honest and diligent in recording my intake, and that kept me from going too far off course. So for the rest of the week, I'll be much more diligent and stay under my calorie budget and work out hard.
Also, I had some kind of allergic reaction to something I ate Saturday and now my lips are all bumpy and painful. The internet says I have herpes, but if that's the case then I got it from pasta salad or a sandwich.
