Finally! Back down below where I was last Monday! Hope it holds for tomorrows weigh-in.
Haven’t had to take any pain pills or use any Voltaren on my knee for about two weeks, Praise the Lord!
Wish I hadn’t made those dang Jackstraws yesterday! I ate two, which put me over my 1,600 calorie daily average goal. What was I thinking?! Temporary moment of insanity.

Congrats on the loss! I also think it was a good idea you were able to put a hold on your daughter’s yummy creme brûlée for a while. I would not do so well with so many temptations nearby.
