Goal achieved! The walk we did yesterday ended up being almost 16 kilometers and over 22500 steps according to Google Fit. Even though it was a muddy adventure with lots of stiles to cross, there was some good company in the group of 20 and at least it didn't rain. This morning the scale said 67kg as well - which is very unusual for a Monday morning. It probably means a definite loss come Friday morning and I'll keep the same target this week of 50 000 steps total. Will be more of a challenge since there's no Meetup walk next weekend. peppylady - it's an app on my phone, which hasn't always worked consistently - something to do with settings/permissions, but very useful when it does.

Brilliant Nikina, well done. I'm addicted to counting my steps, it adds an extra dimension/incentive to my everyday activities and makes holidays even more interesting.

Sunshineveryday2022, I know what you mean. It is a great incentive! Unfortunately this week Google Fit tracked nothing for 3 days - so I have no idea if I hit my target - rather frustrating! :)
