Hello FS Friends...
I had a question for those of you practicing a low carb/ Keto type nutrition program. How many grams of protein, do you typically have daily, and to give me an idea of proportions. How many calories intake do you target daily too?
I struggle a little to reconfigure my macros so having a little advice would help.

Sorry; I don’t follow the ketogenic diet and can’t speak definitively. If you’re very active, typically the recommended amount of protein is one gram per pound of weight or per pound of goal weight. But keto followers tend to eat less protein than recommended, and also eat 20 grams or less of carbs. If you’re inactive the recommended protein intake is typically 0.8 grams per pound. People with impaired kidney function eat less, but eating protein doesn’t damage healthy kidneys, despite disproven claims of such effects still floating around.
