@kak dina; nanti aja cut nya kakkk sekalian wkwkwkwk, kita perbanyak massa otot dulu aja 😃💪 tapi balik ke selera sih, kalo udah ngerasa gak nyaman mini cut aja kak saran aku. aku pake adjustable dumbbell, kalau lower rata2 udah >10kg, tapi kalau upper mah masi lemah 😭😭😭

😅aku cm ga sabaran kyknya, abis keguguran buncit bgt, udh susut lumayan jauh tp tetep berlipet perutnya😌.. bener ini kyknya faktor otot kendor, soalnya 3 bln off wo slma hamil kmrn😆. mau semedi dulu ka bitha, skrg masih zigzag🤣zigi zaga makannya,. maaaci kak, thx udh sharing progressnya😘cemangka..

@kak dina; emang bangun glutes tuh harus sabar banget gasi kaaaakkk, belum lagi jadi ngerasa lebih fluffy lah, ngerasa lebih berisi lah, dan ngerasa ngerasa lainnya. 😩 dan jujur makan pun aku lagi berantakan bgt 😭😭😭 kadang waras macro micro bener, eh besoknya amburadul lagi wkwkwkwkwk. sing penting maju terus ya kak dina 🤪🤣🏋🏻♀️ btw semangat terus kak, ayo kita berproses samasamaa!!!
