Went for a walk yesterday even though my allergies are in full swing. Didn't walk a lot because of the ulcers on my toes. It felt great to walk a little bit. Felt great to be outside. If I could just control my weaknesses with junk foods I'd be doing great! It was easier when everyone in the house was watching what they ate. lol
