although I am exercising more than than my calorie intake , it is not visible on the scales . cant get the explanation .help

I find that using my weekly "official" weight on Sunday helps. Daily weight can fluctuate immensely ( for me up to 6lbs). It seems to me to usually be food held in my digestive system and water weight. I use the weekly weight as an indicator of my actual weight. If you are weighing yourself daily, do not worry, it is natural to not see "the pounds shedding". Losing weight is very simple. If you keep caloric intake less that caloric output over the long term, you will lose weight. If you are looking for the fast drop in weight, monitor you weight by week. Any less than that and you will see daily fluctuations of a few pounds.
