Fell a little off the wagon. Went to Mc Donalds a few times and had egg white delights, yogurt, and hot chocolate (darn near 50% of daily food intake just for breakfast!) holy moly! Bought enough of that mess! Back on track with my fruit and regular foods ... need to drink more water as well. Doc says I'm all clear to get back to the gym after the gall bladder surgery - so no excuses! :) Have a great rest of the week everyone!
