Mornings have been a bear so haven't weighed in since the beginning of the week.
Aqua Therapy last night was good. Had pool to myself, and the first 40 minutes went by without any issues of my leg contacting. Hip pain was intense, but improved over the course of the hour.
I had to drive myself, first to work, then there, so that pain was with me all day. The drive to work was problematic with the uncontrollable leg contractions, but the drive to 360 Therapy wasn't as bad. The drive home unfortunately it was back to being a problem.
The getting in and out of the pool has continued to improve, but again is that due to actual improvement or just familiarity with what works to get me there?
I have to take off these 11 pounds I've put back on since last fall, if for no other reason, than to not have my swimsuits cut across the psoas muscle that I'm trying to stretch out and relieve pain from. Time to get real.
