Rubbleski, I eat a combo of fruit every morning but I always pair it with a bagel with peanut butter, eggs, waffles, etc. I don't actually eat breakfast til 11:00 or later most days.

Hi Sherry,
I have basically stopped drinking wine. I drank maybe 1-2 times a week but I think it has helped in weight loss along with smaller portions, little to no sugar, (fruit, real maple syrup all ok), and striving to walk 3-5!miles a day. I too found that when I retired a year ago I started to “pack it on” so far in a year I’ve gone from 168 to 148 and would like to be 140. Everyone’s body is different but I truly think passing on the wine (at least for now) has helped.
