Running last night was pretty brutal in 20*F weather, not to mention the freezing wind on top of it. Definitely going to take some dedication to keep running outside this winter! I really don’t want to join a gym… mainly because the one that’s closest to me is always packed with people in the evening around the time I work out, which is why I went once as a guest with my sister and never joined.
I think it’s time to invest in warmer running gear however, my current running leggings are not cutting it now that the temperature has dropped so much. If anyone has any recommendations on ones that you love it would be much appreciated!
