Feeling more resolved to track food intake and exercise. For some reason, the sweets that have been tempting me are now just there and not calling to me. I have some tasks that I have been avoiding that I am now moving forward with. Maybe the avoidance and anxiousness around dealing with the legal system has been triggering a need for comfort through food. Now using meditative practices to deal with anxiousness when I notice it. J
