It's been a rough week for me... I've had a sore throat/ ear ache since Tuesday, and my 3 year old has decided to become the spawn of satan! He is one stubborn child, but he's usually very sweet and well behaved. It's like a switch was flipped, one day he was good, and the next day... Pure evil! He now challenges everything I say, doesn't listen, and screams and cries all the time. It's like the terrible two's, only worse :( My husband and I stay consistent with discipline, and we shower him with love and plenty of attention, so where did we go wrong?? Hopefully it's just a phase and once he realizes we're not giving in he'll back down, but until then, I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown!
Anywho, because of such a looong week, I haven't been tracking my food, and I can feel it! I feel terrible, bloated and guilty. I have come to realize that even during the worst of times, I must continue to hold myself accountable and track my food, because when I don't, i eat so much junk, then I get mad at myself for overindulging.... What a vicious cycle it is!! Good news is, I see the issue, so now I just gotta fix it and stay on track! Now if I can just get my booty back to the gym I'll be doing ok...
