Still fasting, feeling good. 60 hours into it. I'm drinking non-caloric liquids: coffee, herbal tea, Zevia and water and taking a bit of electrolytes once a day. Yesterday I worked in my garden for 3 hours and felt very tuned-in. Enjoying this!
