It's been a very good month for me where a small average daily deficit of just 230 calories has given me a hefty 2.3 kg drop and finished off my weight loss efforts for this diet.
My waist is now 5-1/2" smaller than it was in June and all of my newly bought 34" waist trousers are now very sloppy fitting, a belt is mandatory. I have just one pair of 32" waist trousers bought a few weeks ago but they are summer walking trousers so a little more shopping is now needed.
I'm finding running a great enjoyment and I am slowly improving. Highlights of the prior month, I ran a total of 187 km and completed a 5K in under 30 minutes and ran 11 miles without stopping. My target for November is to take a chunk of time out of my best 10K and attempt a half marathon distance.
