Left at 5:22 a.m. today for AZ. Sprinkling when we left home. Poured rain & windy all day. Finally some sun in late afternoon in OK.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
