to bad weigh in wasnt today.. i wasnt feeling good yesturday, so yay, im down! hopefully i can keep it up today. its only down one pound, but i thought for sure i would be up this week with the horrible food choices i was making. i j ust have to be stronger and realize that this challenge wont last forever and that i can do this for a few more weeks!
