Woke at 223.3, up .4 from yesterday. What? I guess the body does what it does. I got to 222.7 after 16:8 IF, then ate some broccoli and tomatoes with EVOO. Last day of September FMD. Went pretty well. UPDATE: Ate dinner at 6:45 pm after eating lunch at 1:30. Got to 221.7 before that.
