164, I'll take that. Now I am back hovering around 165 which is where I was for a while before I got lazy. Now it is time to bust through hardcore and make it to the ever-elusive 155 goal weight. Flo is finally gone I think and I have been hitting the workouts hard this week and being very good diet wise. I did have more cookies last night than I should have.. which I regret now.. but I am going to turn my Zumba game on in a little while and burn those calories right off.
