Thank you for sharing your journey with us and for being brutally honest. I actually encouraged a therapy client of mine to look up your profile so she could be encouraged not to go back on crazy restrictive diets as she desperately wants to lose weight. Instead I'm encouraging her to get into the gym and make some small sustainable dietary changes.

Slow and steady wins the race. Keep in your mind the more muscle you build the better shape you will have. Muscles weigh more than fat so look for muscle definition, it will give you confidence and longer lasting. If money is an issue, remember nature provides loads of things you can do to build muscles. Toner figure will drop dress size and be healthier. Get creative. Believe me as you already know fast quick wt drops don't last &you will gain more time after time.
