I am too scared to weigh myself. I have not been strict with myself the past few months. I have also been emotionally eating. However, I have been exercising! I got promoted to a higher level in my dance class. I am far more flexible than before. I can almost split (just an inch more to touch the ground)!!! The clothes I had to buy when I got thin still fit, so I don't think I may have put on too much. So, here's the deal, I am not going to weigh in till my clothes get loose. I am getting back on my diet. Small steps, I might stray with a sweet dish or two. Time to work towards the ideal by the end of this year; I need to get down to the 50s!
