I'm excited. I'm looking forward to seeing what result I will get from working out this month. I slept well today, and though its a fasting day I banked all my calories (500) and made a high fat meal 78% fat. On my fast days I consume up to 500 calories of high fat. I feel great. And feel excited for the month. Hoping to drop 10 lbs.
