Logging for the record, another crazy day ahead. Looked at my schedule and ran back inside to make another cup of coffee before I drank the first because there are no breaks until 10:30. Ridiculous, but at least I got the trash cans outside already. Tiny victories.
Numbers are okay. Muscle down a little, blob holding. Long walk last night, good pace, but not fast. I still am having issues uploading pics and no time to figure it out. I've run out of my allotted time for this, enjoy the day.
