Maybe no change in the weight, but found an old notebook when I was down to 119 about 18 months ago. That's 6 pounds less than now, but measurements are the same,except for thighs, which are still a little bigger! AND, I got into a pair of old, ratty, jeans that I love, and that I couldn't even pull up a few months ago. Took Mom to breakfast, didn't count calories, but will add them up shortly. Have a kick butt Tabata class later and Atlas tomorrow morning, so I should eat up those extra calories. I'm a happy camper! Hope everyone has a great Sunday!
