I've gained two pounds. I'm trying not to be discouraged. It is a wake-up call. I really need to stay under my 1500 calories and make better food choices. I am doing better than I was before I started counting calories. My clothes fit better, I feel better. I've enjoyed the excercise (yes, I need more). I will do it. I will stay under my 1500 calories. I will excercise daily. I can do it. I can still lose those 20 lbs in 6 more weeks. (My mini challenge).

YES you can still loose it! You have plenty of time. I just did the same thing today the last two days i had near 2000 calories and gained a pound. Still for my self a little confused if it says though i can eat 2600 to maintain. But will stay around 1600. Good Luck, have a great Day!

Don't get discouraged. It's only one day and you can get right back on track today. It's never to late. I stayed the same for 4 days in a row.I think I need to move more and eat a little less.
