April 6, 2021 weight 146.4. Not eating after 4, a small salad with lunch and dinner, calories under 900. Maybe 144 by end of month. I need to get down to about 138 BMI 24.4. It should be a healthy weight, I believe. Apparently with Covid we need to be concerned about not just obesity but overweight. Still not exercising but days are getting longer, warmer, dryer.
