Yesterday was another horrible day. I picked up lunch for my hub, and then he didn't want one of his sandwiches which I ended eating. It was not what I posted but close in ingredients. THEN last night I make linguini carbonara, and I can't just eat one cup-- I keep coming back for more (and not measuring of course). Hope the day comes again when I get back on REAL track. I can look at any food diary and see what's wrong and why people aren't losing when they say they are trying. I am not even caring lately, but still posting hoping to get motivated. Not happening. Maybe the weather is affecting me, another week of rain, storms, cloudiness.
