feeling good today, making good choices and being firm... I even went to a meeting today, they had cookies with nuts, white chocolate chips and chocolate chocolate chips and I didn't even take a bite! they had other foods as well, but since it was between meals I did not take any of it.. I am proud of myself, and because of my choices I am feeling good.. :)
