Makes me feel good. It's really helping my arthritis pain and mobility. I have not been kind to my body, too many old injuries mostly from training young horses.

You went to the gym and you feel guilty? I don't think you have to run a marathon just to improve mobility!

Need to get my taxes done, add some insulation around my garage door, and the frig cleaned before I'll let myself tear more of my house apart. The Olympics is side tracking me.

Regarding insulation, be careful with polyurethane. That thing's very toxic.

That's something for when you can open up the house, not mid winter. Actually all my wood floors need a re-do whoever did them before I bought the house did not do the best job. LOL. Actually I'm tearing carpet off a spiral staircase to my basement- it was here when I bought the house, impossible to clean, ugly and takes a crow bar to get it loose then heavy pliers to remove the close to 200 heavy duty staples form each tread. 3 1/2 steps to go. Then I can re-do all the trim around the top, paint the walls, steps, trim, railings, and install the new cork floor around the top. This was put on hold before the holidays just too busy.

Yeah! Things get chemically stuck with time. That also happens with furniture that's been too long in the same place. With the years it starts to "glue" itself to the floor :P. You've probably done that by now. It's probably much better now ;). You seem to know about this stuff and cork is an excellent insulator :) Have a good work!
