Darn you, Chinese Food! That's what I get for treating myself - 3 extra lbs and 2 days of starvation to lose them. It was fun to eat though!

Chinese food has a lot of sodium, so some of that is water. Drink extra water. You would have to eat a humongous amount of Chinese food to gain an actual 3 pounds.

Unfortunately I did... about 3 cups of pork fried rice, pretty mich all of a General Tso's chicken, and about a dozen sweet and sour chickens. It's all good now though. Back on track :)
