I have been really ill. I wish I could have at least kept up with my food diary. So instead of beating myself up about not losing any weight, I am going to focus on the positive aspect that I did not GAIN any weight either ;-) Of course, the doctor did tell me I needed to eat green chile, so it's not completely my fault, right?!? Ha ha ha ha!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
