I've hit my lowest weight this year of 157.5 yesterday and maintained it today, which is surprising because this whole month I've been fluctuating between 158-160. So happy. On a different note I've been sluggish all day and no food sounded appealing. I had coffee only until 8 pm tonight and my stomach was rumbling and I was nauseated...but I just couldn't eat. I know that's bad for my body so I finally went out to get a chicken salad. Feeling better since I got a few bites down.
