Lordy, yesterday was a high calorie day. I actually went down .2 lbs since the day before, but that still makes me half a pound up from my weight on here. So, no fruit trail mix today.
I managed to conk out when 9 rolled around... with my little one in my lap.. and I slept until 7:30 this morning. I guess staying up really really late during these last few nights has been messing with my body clock.. So, I was happy to accept 10 wonderfully beautiful hours of sleep. It's a rare occasion, so I completely welcomed it.
Well, I better get off of this lovely computer. My toddler is wanting to press buttons, and it's taken me almost 20 minutes to write this silly thing.
Today, I will do better. I will get in a 10-15 minute cardio workout in, and I will not complain about it.
