Steady! Staying at or below 245 all this week is very encouraging. Onward.
I will NOT self sabotage! I have a counter covered in canned goods that I pulled out of the cabinets. I have a grocery order for delivery from Safeway coming today. I have a freezer full of veggies and seafood.
The ONLY reason for ordering delivery is because I am lazy! I know how to, and to my knowledge am a pretty good cook. So suck it up buttercup, and get back in the groove.
