Hello everyone,
New week, new goals ;)
So I did my workout yesterday, 2.7 miles in 30 mins. Spent two hours in the kitchen preparing my meals for the 5 workdays. Oh my next girlfriend she will be lucky am pretty good Chef haha.
Today weighed my self 240 down 4 ... Pretty good, what helped is I prepared my food for the whole week including snacks ... in-terms of workout I worked-out almost everyday except for Saturday. All the workouts where ( 30 mins run , distance varies btw 2.6 to 2.8).
Excited for this week. Lets see if I can get the same number :)
