Eating what I want, when I want.
No exercise yet, just focused on beating my yesterday.
Favorite meal in the last week:
-2 cups (the only thing measured in this meal) of Jamaican style rice and beans.
-2 pieces of plantains
-Oxtails
-Curried goat
-Cabbage and carrots
-1 beer
-2 glasses of Merlot
This was my breakfast I had 5 pm last Friday. The prior meal 33.5 hours before this, was another breakfast at 7:30 AM.
That meal, also pictured here, was steak tips, grilled chicken caesar salad, fried eggs, bacon, cheese danish and apple crumb.
No way you can call this a diet.
