December is gonna be a hard month for me. My family keeps offering me junk food and I’m too scared to go back to where I was before my weight loss journey. Any tips?
145.5 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
