today was a good day.
Bf- sausage patty, coffee water egg with cheese
Lunch-large greens salad, burger hard boiled egg on salad diet green tea water water
dinner- salad with hard boiled egg, bacon water d.tea tredm-15min. abs-10min i know its not alot, but, i did it!!!! whew snack:water & celery
