I don't know what happened but I'm a full pound heavier than I was two days ago?! I know I slipped up on the piece of cheesecake the other day but I thought that I had paid for it with the .4 lb weight gain. I'm not going to fret though...I did what I was supposed to yesterday and started off my day the way I was supposed to today...I'm still really close to my goal and I know I'll get there.

I am getting really really tired of eggs in the morning...does anyone have any suggestions on something completely eggless for breakfast?? I could really use some help with this because at this point even the thought of eggs makes my stomach turn a bit!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm a Fiber One "Oats & Apple Steusel" and coffee myself. At 130 calories and Dietary Fiber of 9g it works for me...

Thank you so much for the comment, but right now I'm on Phase 1 so I can't quite do carbs yet :/

The scale can go up and down every day for many different reasons and it doesn't alway depend on what we eat. Google the article "Why the scale lies?" It's very informative and provides a better understanding of gains without reason.
