Had a quickly made Buffalo sandwhich today that hit the spot for about 2hrs, hungrt again. I worked out last night from 8:40-11:35. Worked out Legs last night did the following: ABS: Swiss Ball Tuck in:2x20 Calfs: Standing Calf Riase:5x15 Hamstrings: Lying Leg Curl:5x12 Quads: Leg Extensions:5x15 Squats:3x15 Front Squats:2x15 Leg Press:5x15
I also ran on the tredmill for 1 mile @8mph, then did a lil more After the workout I stayed in the suna for about 15 just to sweat.
If anyone feels like doing my workout please feel free to just make sure you warm-up first. Trust me you'll need it!!!
