Only 2 more pound and 8 days to lose it. I'm going to try really hard. Ystrdy did stepper aerobic training level 12- 30 minutes. Today, treadmill program 8, 5.8 ts, 30 minutes +20 minutes pull ups.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
