Weight is back up. I can't seem to get into this again. Bah. I hate cutting calories! Not faaaaaiiiirrrrrrrr! I wanna EAT. I'm HUNGRY and that salad is NOT enough to fulfill me!

Oh Starla! How is your fiber? I heard that if you have more fiber you are fuller, but I actually don't know how true this is. I love to eat too. :) OH and I know I am hungry all the time when I exercise too- so no win situation. You can do this again!

I usually eat lots of fiber, since I'm a semi-vegetarian. I've tried it all. Lots of fiber, lots of protein, more fats, lots of water... I am just a black hole and love to stuff my face! LOL. And yeah, exercising increases the appetite. Totally unfair.
