not giving up....did more than 10000 steps. I walk about 18-20 minute a mile.. try to go faster, but I try to walk for at least 1 hour and a half at least 4-5 days a week.. Decided to make a turkey... so I went all out. still sticking to this.. weight is just not coming off. trying not to eat breakfast...and just do lunch and supper. but I really lost the weight(14 lb.) with the 3 meals a day.. maybe I need more calories... getting impatient! not giving up tho'.

Going to raise my calories..when I was at 1600,I was losing...for the amount of steps I do,I need to eat more...
